After Phase Shift was completed I started working on two projects simultaneously, one that would be narrative driven and one that would feature all the "too dancey" tracks. This album is a culmination of all those tracks loosely based on the idea of being at a school or family reunion buffet where you are honestly just there for the free food.

So dig in, enjoy the awkward silence as you mingle with family, friends and acquaintances you long forgot the name of. Immerse yourself in the journey of wondering who will be going to the washroom the same time you are and narrowly avoiding political conflict over stale sweets.
